NFL Picks Week 15: Low-Scoring Locks to Bet the Under on

Lovers of offense, avert your eyes from these games. They will not feature a lot of offense. But if you're looking for good games to place a bet on, betting the under on these is a wise idea.

All three of these games feature two teams with questionable offenses. Two of the games are going to be played outside in cold-weather cities, which is always a factor. 

We'll see a lot of offense this week, but it won't be from any of these games.

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts (O/U 41.5)

When by far the best offense in a game belongs to the Titans, you know the game is going to be low scoring. The problem with an over/under spread involving the Colts is that you need to rely on their offense scoring nearly all of the points. That's not going to happen.

The Titans offense will control the game, but they won't score a lot of points in doing so. This will be a game defined by field position and long drives. 

The Colts won't be shut out in this game. But if you're expecting them to score enough points to make up for what the Titans will lack, keep looking. That's not going to happen here.

Prediction: Titans 24, Colts 10

Seattle Seahawks at Chicago Bears (O/U 35.5)

These defenses are playing too well. Aside from Marshawn Lynch, there isn't a single offensive player on either team that gives me any confidence that we'll see points. Lynch is a good player, but he's matched up against a strong run defense. 

Without Jay Cutler and Matt Forte, the Bears offense is completely inept. Fantasy owners of either defense can comfortably start either unit. But if you're a fan of offense, this will not be the game for you to watch. 

The majority of the offense in this game will come from shortened fields set up by the defense, or the ineptitude of the offenses.

Prediction: Seahawks 17, Bears 10

New York Jets at Philadelphia Eagles (O/U 44)

Neither offense gives me a shred of confidence. While the Eagles defense certainly leaves a lot to be desired, it has some dangerous players to exploit the Jets' weaknesses. their pass rush will make Mark Sanchez's day a long one.

On the other side of the ball, the Jets defense is still one of the top units in the league. In this one, they are going against an offense that's in shambles. Realistically, for this one to hit 44 total points, both teams are going to have to 20 points. That's not going to happen. 

This game will be dominated by field position and mistakes. We're not going to see many points scored.

Prediction: Jets 23, Eagles 16
