Week 15 Fantasy Projections: Drew Brees and QBs Guaranteed to Dominate

Patrick ClarkeDec 17, 2011

Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees and Tom Brady are consistently amazing week in and week out, but only one of them is a stone cold lock to dominate in week 15.

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints are playing for a shot at a first-round bye, and will face off against the wretched pass defense of the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Although it's not the rocking Superdome, Brees in any dome is a lethal combination, likely to result in a whole lot of points for the Saints, and a whole lot less for the Vikings.

Expect yet another 300-plus yard effort from Brees along with a few scoring tosses in Week 15, and the same goes for these QBs:

Matthew Stafford (DET)

Stafford went a full four quarters without throwing an interception last week against the Vikings, the first time since Week 8 at Denver.

The Oakland Raiders are the fifth worst fantasy defense against opposing QBs this season, and rank 18th in the league in allowing the fewest pass yards.

The Raiders will be playing at home, but Oakland was thrashed by Matt Moore and Aaron Rodgers the last two weeks on the road, giving up a handful of fantasy points.

Projection: 350 yards, three TDs

Tim Tebow (DEN)

The dual-threat QB will be at his best this weekend, at home against the league's worst pass defense, which is currently sporting WRs at DB, yikes.

That's not to say that Tom Brady and company won't make some noise offensively against Denver, but Tebow is a lock to move the ball, the chains and the scoreboard.

Tebow has four TDs in the last three weeks, despite playing in some seriously low-scoring ball games. That being said, it's a guarantee that when the Broncos do score in Week 15, the points are coming from No. 15.

Projection: 250 yards, three TDs

Tony Romo (DAL)

Boy do the 'Boys need a win Saturday night in Tampa. And they should get just that if the Bucs are truly as bad as they have looked all season.

Tampa Bay ranks 27th in the league against the pass, and are in the midst of a seven-game losing streak.

Romo is a lock to throw for more than 300 yards on the road Saturday night. After all, he's thrown for monster yards lately and has thrown five TDs to zero interceptions through the past two games, both losses for the Cowboys.

Projection: 350 yards, two TDs
