Week 15 Fantasy Football Projections: Predicting the Top D/ST Performances
The following five defenses/special teams rank at the top of our Week 15 fantasy football projections:
1. Cincinnati Bengals
The Rams have given fantasy defenses the most points in 2011, and the Bengals are coming off a game in which they forced four Texans turnovers. Oh, and the Rams are averaging just 11 points a game over their last four. This is a top matchup.

2. Green Bay Packers
The Packers defense gives up yards and sometimes points by the truckload, but you can't say they don't force turnovers or get the ball in the end zone. Their 32 takeaways lead the NFL, and they've scored seven touchdowns (including special teams). The Chiefs are sure to give up a few on Sunday. Green Bay picked off likely Chiefs starter Kyle Orton three times (including a touchdown) when they faced off in Week 4.
3. Tennessee Titans
You never really know what you're going to get from the Titans defense, but their matchup with the Colts is too tasty to pass up. Allowing double digits to opposing defenses has been a staple for the Colts offense this season.
4. Atlanta Falcons
Don't let the Jaguars' 41 points last week scare you off. This is still a poor offensive football team that relies on one player. The Falcons are well-versed at stopping the run this season, so the onus will be placed on Blaine Gabbert to make plays in the passing game. We like the Falcons' odds in that scenario.
5. San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers are always a good defensive play this season, but they could be really good on Monday night if Ben Roethlisberger is unable to go. His status is up in the air right now. Without Big Ben, the Steelers offense will struggle.
