Jaguars vs Falcons: Predicting Stats for Maurice Jones-Drew and Other Stars
In anticipation of Thursday night's matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons, let's run down some stat predictions for Maurice Jones-Drew and other stars.
Blaine Gabbert
Gabbert has thrown for 412 yards and four scores over the last two weeks, and the Falcons secondary has some injuries. I wouldn't expect huge numbers, but Gabbert won't be as bad as he was early in the season.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Projection: 17-of-27, 199 yards, TD, INT
Maurice Jones-Drew
Jones-Drew does it all for the Jaguars offense. Over the last five games, MJD has 745 total yards and seven combined touchdowns (four rushing). Why would they stop feeding him the ball tonight?
Projection: 22 carries, 109 yards, TD; six catches, 34 yards, TD
Marcedes Lewis
He still doesn't have a touchdown in 13 games this season, but Lewis did break 75 yards last week against the Bucs. I'm still not buying him a touchdown this week.
Projection: three catches, 56 yards
Ryan has been a touchdown machine recently, throwing for eight scores during his last three games and 14 over the last six. The Jags secondary is banged up, so there should be more touchdown opportunities.
Projection: 19-of-29, 219 yards, two TDs, INT
Michael Turner
The Jaguars have been gashed on the ground over the past five weeks, and Turner is starting to look completely over a groin injury that has limited him. He'll get a big workload tonight.
Projection: 24 carries, 122 yards, two TDs
Roddy White
White has a touchdown reception in three straight games, and Ryan has targeted White 50 times over the past month. Touchdowns and targets are all you can ask for in a fantasy receiver.
Projection: eight catches, 112 yards, TD
Julio Jones
Jones's injury is something we see all the time: A player who is recovering from a hamstring injury comes up with a back issue shortly thereafter. That's worrisome to me, especially with how fragile Jones has been this season. He'll play, but temper your expectations.
Projection: three catches, 45 yards
