1. Drew Brees @ Minnesota: Brees is averaging 336 yards per game, putting him on pace to shatter the NFL's single-season record. The Vikings have allowed more passing TDs than anyone.
2. Aaron Rodgers @ Kansas City: Rodgers has 39 passing TDs. He lost his top WR, but plenty of weapons remain.

3. Tom Brady @ Denver: Also on pace to shatter Marino’s single-season yards record.
4. Cam Newton @ Houston: Continues to dominate with his arm and his feet.
5. Tony Romo @ Tampa Bay: Romo has 26 TDs to nine INTs. The Bucs rank 27th against the pass at 248.8 ypg allowed.
6. Matthew Stafford @ Oakland: Has 29 TD passes. The Raiders are one of seven teams to have allowed 23 TDs.
7. Eli Manning vs. Washington: Averaging 315.8 ypg with a 2.1-1 TD-INT ratio.
8. Philip Rivers vs. Baltimore: It may be too late for his fantasy owners, but if you’re still alive, you’re finally being rewarded.
9. Matt Ryan vs. Jacksonville: When Julio Jones is on, it makes it nearly impossible to stop Atlanta’s passing attack.
10. Tim Tebow vs. New England: The Patriots have the league’s worst pass defense. Tebow continues to find ways to win and put up solid fantasy points.
11. Mark Sanchez @ Philadelphia: Seven passing TDs and two rushing with just one pick and one fumble in his past three games. The Eagles have allowed 23 passing scores.
12. Michael Vick vs. New York Jets: Tough matchup but the dual threat of Vick could exploit the Jets’ aggressive defense.
13. Ben Roethlisberger @ San Francisco: Showed his toughness last week. Has extra time to heal. Having limited mobility against the Niners could be tough.
14. Rex Grossman @ New York Giants: Averaging 269.8 yards in his past four games. G-Men rank 29th against the pass (263.7).
15. Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. Miami: Looked like he was back, but stumbled last week. Miami has the 25th-ranked pass defense (244.2 ypg).
16. Carson Palmer vs. Detroit: The Lions can be exploited, but Palmer is an INT risk against an opportunistic Lions defense (18 INTs on the year).
17. Andy Dalton @ St. Louis: Held to under 200 yards the past two games, but they were against elite passing defenses. Should be easier this week, but Cedric Benson will do a lot of the heavy lifting.
18. Joe Flacco @ San Diego: Only eight passing TDs in his past 10 games with seven picks.
19. Josh Freeman vs. Dallas: Eight INTs in his past four games.
20. T.J. Yates vs. Carolina: It will be run heavy for the Texans, but Yates isn’t just a game manager.
