Brutus Beefcake: Linda Hogan Will Regret Defaming Former WWE Star

Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, also known as Hulk Hogan's BFF, is striking back at Linda Hogan after she has alleged that her ex-husband and Brutus had an intimate relationship. 

According to TMZ.com, Brutus is going to lawyer up and sue Linda for defaming him. He is probably looking to get some payment from Hulk for being his sidekick for so many years.

Mr. Beefcake -- real name Ed Lesie -- tells TMZ ... Linda Hogan was flat out lying when she went on the radio back in June and said the former WWE stars engaged in homoerotic behavior outside the wrestling ring.

Beefcase tells us he plans to follow Hulk's lead ... and has already instructed his attorney to draft up the lawsuit, which he claims he will file in the very near future. 

Brutus tells TMZ, "I've known [Linda] for almost 40 years ... but when she starts trying to ruin our careers, it just aint fair."

I agree with the lawsuit if these allegations are true, because the whole thing was just Linda's way of being vindictive and trying to create headlines for her ex-husband who she really hates and wants to see suffer. 

However, I have to question Brutus' line about her trying to "ruin our careers." Both he and Hulk are in their late 50s, their best days are clearly behind them and whatever they did when they were in WWE and WCW is always going to stand on its own. 

Linda and Hulk have had a very contentious relationship since getting divorced, and she thought that it would be a good idea to take most of his money and then try anything she could to bring down his name in the eyes of the public. 

But her words may end up costing her a nice chunk of that fortune she was given when she left Hulk. I hope she got what she wanted by saying what she did because her wallet will likely end up being a little lighter.
