Richard LangfordDec 11, 2011

These players are ready to shine in primetime while leading you to a fantasy playoff victory. They all have favorable matchups, and the goods to capitalize on them.

Eli Manning needs to be the brightest of the primetime lights if the the Giants was to beat the Cowboys.

Dallas has been playing some solid defense, but they have been playing better in run defense than they have against the pass.

The Cowboys are 14th in passing yards allowed, and they are 18th in passing yards allowed per attempt. They also are not getting any better as the season goes on. Over the past three games, they are allowing over 1.3 yards per pass attempt more than their season average.

Meanwhile, Eli Manning and the Giants passing offense are cruising. They are fourth in passing yards and third in yards per pass attempt.

Manning is also averaging two TD passes a game over his last six games. He will pickup that pace this week.

Prediction: 289 yards, three touchdowns

Dallas Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray

Opponent: Giants

The Giants weak run defense is going to help get DeMarco Murray back to his eye-popping production.

New York's run defense has struggled all season. They enter this game 23rd in rushing yards allowed and 24th in yards allowed per rush.

That is good new for Murray, who has slowed down after a torrid start. In his last three games, Murray has averaged 2.9, 4.0 and 3.2 yards per carry. Prior to that, Murray averaged at least 6.3 yards per carry in every game he started.

He will pop for a couple of big runs in this game, and he'll have plenty of touches to do it.

Dallas has clearly been reluctant to put the game in Tony Romo's hands when it gets late in the second half. They will be more than happy not to put it in his hands at all by ridding Murray.

DeMarco will have as many carries as his rookie body can handle.

Prediction: 154 yards, one touchdown

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch

Opponent: Rams

The Seahawks training staff better load up on Skittles because Beast Mode is about to have himself a day.

The Rams putrid rush defense limps into this game having allowed more yards on the ground than any other team. The good news for the Rams is that there is one team that has allowed more yards per rush, but that is as sunny as the state of their run defense gets.

Lynch is licking his candy munching chops. The Seahawks back got off to a slow start this year, but he has been one of the best backs in football over the past five weeks.

In that span, he has gone over 100 rushing yards in four of five games, and he has scored at least one touchdown in eight straight games.

Don't expect either of those streaks to come to a halt this week.

Prediction:  133 yards, two touchdowns
