Matt Hasselbeck Injury: Update on Titans Star's Calf Injury

The Tennessee Titans are playing with rookie Jake Locker at the helm now that their star quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is hurt.

Hasselbeck left Sunday’s meeting with the New Orleans Saints with a non-contact calf injury that could keep him out for the rest of the game.

Matt Hasselbeck wasn’t a great option at quarterback in most fantasy leagues anyway, but Jake Locker should definitely not be an option either. The whole situation is bad in the Titans air attack, so steer clear if possible.

This is the opening Jake Locker has been waiting for. Ever since being drafted by the Titans and sitting behind Hasselbeck, Locker has been readying himself for this moment.

What better way to show your talent than against the mediocre Saints defense?

The plan was to have Matt Hasselbeck complete this season and slowly start to integrate Locker into the system. With Hasselbeck out of action, the Titans will have to start running the ball a lot more and keep Locker out of trouble.
