With the NFC West all but awarded to the San Francisco 49ers, the divisional battle of the St. Louis Rams and the Seattle Seahawks will be a pride game.

Neither team has the coaching staff or personnel to mail it in, so I would expect this seemingly meaningless game to be an absolute war.

Start 'Em: Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks play as their star running back Marshawn Lynch plays every week. This week I am predicting that Lynch goes beast mode for 100-plus yards and a score.

Sit 'Em: Tarvaris Jackson, Seahawks

While Lynch will light it up Monday, his partner in crime, Tarvaris Jackson, should be on your bench. With a chance he could miss the start already making it a risky play, Jackson is just not a good enough option to play.

Sleeper: Brandon Lloyd, Rams

There is a chance that Sam Bradford and A.J. Feeley will miss Monday’s game, and that would leave Kellen Clemens as the team’s starter. With the Rams going down early in this game, Brandon Lloyd is good enough to run simple routes that Clemens can capitalize on.

These two backs are the definition of power running back. When these stars get going, it’s hard to stop them. With both teams ailing at quarterback, the running back who can control the clock more efficiently will be the team that steals the win.
