Oakland Raiders vs. Green Bay Packers: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
The Oakland Raiders are faced with the monumental challenge of heading into Green Bay for Week 14 of the 2011 NFL season to face an undefeated Packers team with perfection and a Super Bowl repeat on the mind.
It's hard to be envious of the Raiders' chances in this game.
To be fair, it's not really a slight against Oakland, but more of a testament as to how good the 12-0 Packers have been this season.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
They are the best team in the league, hands down, and they are being led by a quarterback in Aaron Rodgers who many consider to be having the best season ever.
Rodgers has put up a monumental season, with 3,844 yards, 37 touchdowns and only five interceptions so far on 288-of-408 passing.
Add his performance to an all-star cast of receivers and a defense predicated around making big plays and turnovers, and it's easy to see why the Packers haven't lost a game this season.
The Raiders are going to have a tough time being their first.
Where: Lambeau Field; Green Bay, Wisc.
When: Sunday, Dec. 11. 4:15 p.m EST
Watch: CBS
Spread: Packers -12
It's tough to know with the Packers since they sometimes play down to their opponent's level. They should have no problem at home, though.
Over/Under: 52
Both teams can put up a lot of points, so this seems like a good time to go with the over.

Key Injuries:
Raiders
WR Jacoby Ford out (foot), RB Taiwan Jones out (hamstring), RB Darren McFadden out (foot), WR Denarius Moore out (foot), DT John Henderson questionable (knee)
Packers
LB Desmond Bishop out (calf), LB Vic So'oto out (back), RB James Starks out (knee), T Chad Clifton out (hamstring), G Josh Sitton out (knee), LB A.J. Hawk questionable (calf).
Fantasy Big Plays:
Start
Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer will be a good play, as he will undoubtedly put up some numbers. The Packers are known for forcing turnovers, but they also give up a ton, averaging 292.8 yards through the air per game. He's worth the risk for the points he can put up.
Sit
Packers tight end Jermichael Finley has looked like a star at some points this season, and at other times he has been a drop machine. He's put up 600 yards and six touchdowns so far this season, but he also drops the ball far too much. Finley is too inconsistent to trust right now.
Keys to a Raiders Win:
The Packers' one weakness is their disposition to giving up a ton of yards on defense, so that is what the Raiders need to focus on.
Carson Palmer is going to have to find a way to move the ball through the air, all the while protecting it from the Packers' ball-hawk secondary.
Keys to a Packers Win:
It's a simple equation for the Packers: Let Aaron Rodgers air it out and get ahead of the Raiders, which well then force them to play catch-up.
Nobody has been able to keep up with the Packers' offense, and I don't see that starting now.
Prediction: Packers 41, Raiders 17
The Packers are well on their way to perfection, and I don't see how this flawed Raiders team can stop them.
