Florida vs. Florida State Video: Watch Fans' Brawl Caught on Security Cam
So, that's what a melee looks like.
We had news that Florida and Florida State fans were involved in an altercation during the rivalry game on November 26th. What we didn't know was that altercation meant melee.
Security cam footage has been leaked that shows a great many fans getting into it outside of the luxury sky boxes. Yes, that would make these some well-to-do fans.
It seems you can't put a price on common sense and better judgement as the brawl covers the swath of a long hall and fan after fan can be seen getting in on the action.
The Gainesville Sun reports on the incident that seems misplaced in the halls outside expensive box seats. This is the kind of garbage you expect at a tailgate after one too many beers have been shotgunned.
The report cites what may have been the worst of the fight.
"Kevin Michael McGee of Lakeland, was sent to the hospital with what police said appeared to be a broken nose, apparently caused by being kicked in the head.
"
It is hard to determine who that may have been. At the 1:10 mark a man in a dark red shirt is sent to the floor and is visibly hurt after.
That's when a heavy-set man in a blue shirt jogs away with his arms up as if to say, "It wasn't me. I don't even know what violence is."
Tygh Landon Bailes was arrested after and booked for felony battery. The report cites that Bailes kicked McGee in the face when he was already on the ground.
You see, folks. Finally evidence that some that are well off have no class at all.
