Week 14 Fantasy Football Projections: Predicting the Top D/ST Performances
According to our Week 14 fantasy football projections. the following five defenses/special teams rank at the top.
1. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens have scored double-digit fantasy points in two straight weeks (San Francisco, Cleveland), and you'd have to think they are a good bet to make it three with the Colts coming to Baltimore this weekend.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
While Dan Orlovsky put up big numbers against the Patriots last Sunday, New England's pass defense obviously doesn't compare to Baltimore's. Expect another good showing from the Ravens' defensive unit.
2. San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers defense has scored seven or more fantasy points in nine games this season, tops in the NFL.
Larry Fitzgerald is of some concern, especially since Kevin Kolb is back at quarterback. But the 49ers still haven't given up a rushing touchdown, and Ted Ginn Jr. is always a threat to return a kick for six. They are as safe a fantasy defense as there is this season.
3. Houston Texans
No fantasy defense has scored as many points over the last four weeks as the Texans, and they face a rookie quarterback in Andy Dalton this week who has struggled against top defenses this season.
The Texans know that it's imperative to keep the score low because of their losses at quarterback. They should be able to accomplish that against a Bengals offense that has been turning it over recently.
4. Seattle Seahawks
Would you have guessed that the Seahawks defense was actually a close second to the Texans over that same four-game span?
They've scored at least eight fantasy points in all four weeks. The Rams offense is banged up and could be starting a third-string quarterback. Seattle's defense is a good bet this weekend.
5. Pittsburgh Steelers
5. New York Jets
Take your pick here. Both the Steelers and Jets face bad offenses in Week 14.
Pittsburgh takes on Colt McCoy and the Browns tonight. They lack the weapons to put up big points.
New York gets Kansas City, who has struggled without Matt Cassel. Both defenses are good plays this week.
