Rams vs. Seahawks: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More

Although the NFC West has been clinched by the 49ers, there are still games that need to be played between its teams. On Monday, the 2-10 St. Louis Rams will travel to take on the 5-7 Seattle Seahawks.

This will be a rematch of a Week 11 game in St. Louis, which was won by the Seahawks 24-7.

Betting Line: Seahawks (-5.5), according to Footballlocks.com

The Seahawks are not a perfect team in any way, but the Rams are just awful. In Seattle, this spread isn't that much at all. Go with the cover.

 

What's at Stake

For the Rams, virtually nothing. They are a spoiler at this point of the season. 

A little more is on the line for the Seahawks, who are clinging to their wild-card hopes. Ultimately, those chances aren't very good. This game is between two teams that will be watching the playoffs.

Rams T Mark LeVoir is out.

Rams G Jacob Bell Jacob Bell is doubtful

Rams RB Cadillac Williams, LB Josh Hull, S Darian Stewart, QB Sam Bradford and QB A.J. Feeley are questionable.

 

Seahawks Injury Report

Seahawks TE Jameson Konz is out.

Seahawks CB Byron Maxwell is questionable.

 

Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit 'Em and Sleeper

 

Start 'Em: Marshawn Lynch

He's really improved his play in recent weeks. The Rams defense is not bad, but Lynch hit them for 88 yards and a score when they played in Week 11. Yardage-wise, that was Lynch's worst output in his last five games.

 

Sit 'Em: Steven Jackson

I genuinely like this player, but he had only 42 yards on the ground in Week 11. With uncertainty at the quarterback position, Seattle has no reason to not stack the line against Jackson.

 

Sleeper: The Seahawks defense

They are available in a lot of leagues and the Rams offense is just not a good unit. They are coming off of a shutout last week and while the Seahawks defense isn't as good as the 49ers', don't expect many points from the Rams in this one.

Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times doubts that the Seahawks mixed-and-matched offensive line will be enough to keep the team on a strong finish, which is what they need to make the playoffs.

Rams Player To Watch

Chris Long. Going against that patchwork offensive line, the Rams' star defensive end will have plenty of chances to get in the Seahawks backfield. That's what he'll need to do if the Rams are going to have any chance.

 

Seahawks Player To Watch

Lynch is the key for the Seahawks. The Seahawks should win this game, but their offense isn't good enough to consistently move the ball if Lynch is ineffective. 

 

Key Matchup

The Seahawks offensive line against Long and the Rams front. The Rams will only win this game if they play well on defense and win the turnover and field-position battle. That will happen if they get to Tarvaris Jackson, sack him and force turnovers.

On the Hot Seat

Given how much the Rams improved last year, it's hard to imagine Steve Spagnuolo improved the team a season ago, it's hard to see his job being on the line. But if they don't show some promise for the rest of the year, his seat will be hot in 2011, if he makes it that far. 

Prediction: Seahawks 26, Rams 10

The Seahawks are just the better team. At home, they are always tough to beat and the Rams offense is far too uncertain to think they will take this one.
