It's hard to believe that Rivers is not in the top eight for fantasy QBs this year, but he isn't—he is currently ninth in standard leagues.

Rivers is ready to make a big charge though. He is coming off of a very productive week, and he is ready for another one.

He will be going against a sinking Bills team with a weak defense. The Bills are 19th in passing yards per game, and 22nd in yards allowed per pass attempt. They are also 26th in passing touchdowns allowed. They are giving up 1.8 per game.

Also helping Rivers' chances to have a big game is the fact that Football Outsiders ranks the Bills 28th in defending opposing No. 1 receivers and 27th against No. 2s.

That means Rivers will be hitting Vincent Jackson and Malcom Floyd for big plays. Start Rivers with confidence in this one.

Prediction: 323 passing yards, three touchdowns

Oakland Raiders' QB Carson Palmer

Opponent: Packers

The Raiders are in need of a big bounce back after their debacle against the Dolphins last week. This is going to be a tough task against the undefeated Packers.

The reason this will be tough is because of the Packers' amazing offense. Green Bay's defense is vulnerable—especially their pass defense.

The Packers are 29th in passing yards allowed, 26th in yards allowed per pass and 29th in passing TDs allowed.

There are stats to be had here for Palmer who is averaging two touchdown passes a game in his past four.

The Raiders are going to have to try and keep pace with the Packers offense, and that means plenty of pass attempts for Palmer and a big fantasy points day.

Prediction: 310 yards, two touchdowns

Miami Dolphins' QB Matt Moore

Opponent: Eagles

The Dolphins' Matt Moore is exceeding all expectations, and he will continue to impress in this game. Over his past four starts, Moore is averaging two touchdown passes a game, and this week he will be going against an Eagles defense that is falling apart at its seems.

On the season, the Eagles are 13th in passing yards allowed, however, they are getting progressively worse. Over the last four games, the Eagles are allowing just over 264 passing yards per contest.

Over the last three games, Philadelphia is giving up 9.1 yards per pass attempt, which is the worst in the league over that span by over half a yard.

Moore will take advantage of this weak defense with some big strikes.

Prediction: 243 yards, three touchdowns
