Week 14 Waiver Wire: Rex Grossman and Others To Add
There's a good chance your fantasy football roster is set, but if you need one or two guys to help your chances in the postseason, you'll want to check out this slideshow.
Are there a ton of fantasy game-changers right now?
No.
But there are a few guys you could slide into your lineup if you're dealing with some injuries or don't like your typical starter's matchup this week.
Rex Grossman
1 of 3Good old Rex.
He is far from the most reliable fantasy quarterback, but check out his remaining schedule —Patriots at home, at the Giants, home Minnesota and at the Eagles.
Not exactly the best secondaries in football.
Washington's season is already done, so there's nothing stopping Grossman from slinging the ball all over the lot in his team's final four contests.
If you play in a two-quarterback league or are dealing with Jay Cutler/Matt Schaub injuries, he's definitely worth an add.
C.J. Spiller
2 of 3Spiller was on my waiver-wire additions last week, but that was before he had really proven anything.
Now, there's some basis behind my advice.
He had 83 carries on a mere 14 carries against the Titans on Sunday, and he faces the Chargers' 26th-ranked run defense in Week 14.
The former first-round pick also has capabilities as a pass-catcher, although I'd like to see him continue to improve in that area.
A great flex option for the remainder of the season, with some boom-or-bust to him.
Devin Aromashodu
3 of 3Aromashodu had a whopping 15 targets against the Broncos in the Vikings' 35-32 loss on Sunday.
Can't ignore that.
He finished the game with six catches for 90 yards.
His next two contests against the Lions and Saints don't necessarily pose major threats to Minnesota's passing attack.
Don't forget about Michael Jenkins' knee injury.
More of a WR No. 3, but if you're desperate, add Aromashodu.
