WWE Opinion: Dolph Ziggler Needs One More Thing to Become a Main Event Star

Let me put up a few notes before I begin.

1. I am a big Ziggler fan.

2. Vickie Guerrero is one of the best heels the company has.

3. Both are ready to move on from each other.

I think the addition of Jack Swagger to this "team" as of late has really begun the downfall of the pair. Dolph and Vickie are on borrowed time together. We can all feel it...

It has been a long time coming in my mind. Dolph has needed Vickie the past few months. A lot more than Vickie has needed Dolph!

Now, he no longer needs a "heat magnet" like Vickie ringside every single night. Maybe during his rise to the top, but heading into the main event scene? No thanks!

I am sure Vickie could easily stay with Jack Swagger as a manager. He is the perfect wrestler who needs a little "something" extra right now. Outside of him, Vickie could also be used to help get over a ton of other performers.

Dolph Ziggler is no longer one of those WWE talents.

The tricky part will be how WWE handles the break-up of these two. I think most predict Zack Ryder winning the United States Championship in the next month or so. That has to be the breaking point in the showoff's career!

From there, both have to remain heel. Ziggler could be a good face in the future but not now. Vickie is the same way. No way she turns face in the near future...

In conclusion, Dolph has taken many of the correct steps in becoming a future WWE Champion. Being a former World Champion like he is, his current skills are not the problem.

It is all in how the crowd reacts to him. It is all about how the crowd accepts him. It is how he portrays himself moving forward, how he carries himself. The best way to do so is being himself...all by himself!
