Peyton Hillis Injury: Updates on Browns RB's Week 14 Status and Fantasy Value
Peyton Hillis' disappointing season took another turn for the worse as the Madden curse rolls on. In the Browns 24-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday, the Madden cover boy suffered yet another injury.
Hillis has already missed time this year with two hamstring injuries, and a controversial decision to sit out while dealing with strep throat that was seemingly made worse by his unhappiness with his contract.
This time it appears Hillis has strained his hip, according to Scott Petrak of The Elyria Chronicle-Telegram.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Browns RB may be day-to-day, but it seems extremely unlikely that he will play this week. The Browns take on the Steelers on Thursday Night Football. This gives Hillis very little time to recover.
Hillis ended Sunday with 12 carries for 45 yards. He now has just 321 yards on the season at 3.5 yards per carry.
Fantasy Impact
Whether he can go or not, Hillis needs to be firmly on the bench this week. The Steelers are seventh in the league in rushing yards, and they will dominate the Browns' running game.
Cleveland does not have the passing game to divert any attention away from its running attack.
Hillis is a borderline lost cause for this fantasy season. He is definitely a candidate for the cut list.
Given that he is day-to-day Peyton will likely be back the following week against the Cardinals and will be worth at least a flex start in that game. After that, however, the Browns close the season against the Ravens and Steelers.

UPDATE: Tuesday, December 6th at 1:00 p.m. EST by Richard Langford
In what is a bit of a surprise, given the short turnaround time faced by the Browns with a Thursday night game, Peyton Hillis is expected to play.
If you are desperate, you could now consider starting Hillis as a flex start in fantasy leagues. However, don't expect much production as he goes against the Steelers' defense.
