Julio Jones Injury: Falcons Star WR Will Score TDs Despite Hamstring Issues
Julio Jones hasn’t had a productive game since he torched the Indianapolis Colts for 131 yards and two touchdowns in Week 9. Look for him to get back to his play making and TD scoring roots today.
He’s been a high-risk, high-reward fantasy play all season but injuries have derailed him during the past few weeks and it seems as though he is finally almost healthy and ready to produce once again.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jones has a tough matchup against the No.1 overall Houston Texans defense today, but should see plenty of one-on-one coverage as Roddy White occupies the majority of their attention in the passing game.
Matt Ryan will also have the ball in his hands more often than usual because Texans QB T.J. Yates is making his first NFL start and will more than likely hit a few rough patches, turning the ball over and going three-and-out quite a few times along the way.
This means more opportunities for the stud rookie WR to flash his amazing ability to break free of his defender and come down with the rock.
Hamstring injuries are usually detrimental to receivers who rely on speed, but Jones is also a crisp route runner and will be able to beat his defender by staying on course and being in the right spot when Ryan looks his way.
His team is also in dire need of wins to continue to stay competitive in the NFC South and catch the streaking New Orleans Saints.
The Falcons are 7-4 right now, one game behind New Orleans, but would only be the sixth seed if the playoffs were to start right now.
They can’t afford to slip up and Jones is going to be a big part of their success to end the season and into the postseason.
Jones will get involved with the offense today, stay healthy and have a big game, most likely scoring a TD or two.
