Fantasy Football Week 13: Rising Players Who Will Excel
Several NFL players have proven to make strides this season, at least in the fantasy football world.
In Week 12, three players in particular played well and will continue their success in Week 13.
Here are three rising players who will excel.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
QB: Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos
I must emphasize I am saying Tim Tebow is a rising fantasy player, not a rising NFL player.
Despite troubling inaccuracy, Tebow has been able to rack up fantasy points this season because of his legs.
He's been consistent, scoring less than 16 fantasy points only once since Week 4, and scoring over 16 fantasy points against the San Diego Chargers in Week 12.
Tebow faces the Minnesota Vikings in Week 13, who have given up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, so he may even rack up some points through the air.
RB: Reggie Bush, Miami Dolphins
Reggie Bush has had somewhat of a rebirth in recent weeks, as a football player and in the fantasy world.
Bush is the lead back over rookie Daniel Thomas at this point and the Oakland Raiders have given up the seventh-most fantasy points to running backs this season.
I can't believe I am giving props to Tim Tebow and Reggie Bush, but it's a crazy world we live in.
WR: Eric Decker, Denver Broncos
Second-year pro Eric Decker has been a bit inconsistent this season, but he still has 527 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
It's always tough to project him given Tebow's inadequacies, but, like I said, Tebow could actually do something through the air this week against the Vikings and Decker recorded 65 receiving yards and Tebow's only touchdown pass in Week 12.
