Cotto vs. Margarito Live Stream: Where to Catch Saturday's Action

This Saturday night in Madison Square Garden in New York City, the WBA welterweight championship will take center stage as Miguel Cotto (36-2, 29 KO) faces Antonio Margarito (38-7, 27 KO).

These two fighters have a long history between them. Both are at the top of their respective weight classes and have met once before in an epic match. In the first contest, Cotto was overmatched by Margarito, getting knocked out in the 11th round.   

Cotto is looking to exact revenge over Margarito and take back his WBA welterweight championship.

In their first fight, these two men pushed each other to their limits. Cotto was able to keep Margarito off balance by hitting him with a flurry of punches and dodging counter punches.  

However, when Margarito was able to to slow down Cotto, he used powerful uppercuts to wear down Cotto. As Margarito pounded Cotto’s body relentlessly, he was able to eventually set him up for an 11th round knockout.  

Now in their rematch, Cotto is out for blood against Margarito. Cotto will stop at nothing to recapture his title, hoping to knock Margarito out this time.

Prediction:  

This fight is between two men that are mirror images of each other. They both have been through a lot in their careers and there is a lot of back story surrounding this fight. Cotto is hungry to get back at Margarito for what he has done since winning his WBA welterweight title.  

Margarito is looking to prove to everyone that his win over Cotto was no fluke. Margarito needs a win, a clean one at that, to prove that he is one of the best boxers in his welterweight class.  

This fight will come down to if Margarito can slow down Cotto enough to knock him out again. 

Winner: Cotto in a 10th Round knockout.
