NFL Week 13 Picks: Advance Warning for Teams That Could Get Shellacked
The following four teams—Colts, Rams, Chiefs and Browns—might be one the wrong side of some lopsided score lines in Week 13 of the NFL season.
Indianapolis Colts (at New England Patriots)
So the 0-11 Colts fire their defensive coordinator, change quarterbacks from Curtis Painter to Dan Orlovsky and have to go to New England to take on the red-hot Patriots all in the same week? Good luck. Actually, it'd take a lot more than just a stroke of luck (no pun intended) for the Colts to pull off this upset. The bigger shock here could be if the Patriots have to keep Tom Brady in the game for all four quarters.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
St. Louis Rams (at San Francisco 49ers)
The only times this season that the Rams offense has been effective is when Steven Jackson plays well, and he'll be going up against the NFL's best rushing defense. An ineffective Steven Jackson means another poor showing from the Rams offense. If St. Louis can't get into the 20's, it's unlikely that'll they go into San Francisco and give the 49ers their third loss of the season. Expect the 49ers to wrap up the division on Sunday.
Kansas City Chiefs (at Chicago Bears)
My confidence in the Bears winning big on Sunday stems from a few things. While both quarterbacks are prone to turnovers, the Bears defense is good enough that they can handle being put into tough spots following offensive giveaways. Chicago's special teams will be a big factor, too, as Devin Hester can turn the field in favor of the Bears. As poor as Caleb Hanie was in Oakland at times, he has the weapons around him to convert short fields into points.
Cleveland Browns (at Baltimore Ravens)
The Ravens have consistently played down to their competition this season, but I think that trend ends on Sunday. The Browns offense simply lacks the playmakers—at both running back and receiver—to expose the Ravens if they again come out soft.
