Week 13 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: LeGarrette Blount and 4 Other RBs to Start
The following borderline starts at the running back position should be safe fantasy plays in Week 13 of the NFL season:
LeGarrette Blount, Buccaneers
Blount has a couple of things going for him this weekend. First off, he has put together back-to-back 100-yard games and looks as healthy now as he has all season. In addition, and maybe most importantly, the Panthers have been the worst fantasy rush defense in the NFL this season.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Reggie Bush, Dolphins
Bush is seeing the ball enough, with both carries and catches, to now warrant a start every week. The matchup for Bush against the Raiders is a good one, too.
In Oakland's last four games, they've given up over 600 yards and three scores.
Michael Bush, Raiders
Darren McFadden again missed practice this week and looks like another scratch for this weekend. Therefore, Bush will continue to see the lion's share of carries.
Bush been a stud since taking over the starting role, rushing for over 500 yards and three touchdowns in the five games since McFadden went out.
The Dolphins defense has played better of late, but Bush should still be a lock for either 100 yards or a rushing score.
Maurice Morris, Lions
The Lions will likely be without Kevin Smith on Sunday, which means Morris is slated to be the starter in New Orleans. You have to like the shoot-out potential of this game, and the Lions will use the running back plenty in the passing game, even if they get down.
Don't forget that Morris had 120 total yards in relief of Smith on Thanksgiving against the Packers.
Pierre Thomas, Saints
You could make a pretty good argument that Thomas is the safest of the Saints running backs. Not only will he get carries, including those on the goal line, but Thomas will also be a part of the Saints passing game.
In a high-tempo, high-scoring game against the Lions, Thomas should be a big factor.
