TUF 14 Finale: What Mayhem Miller Must Do To Defeat Michael Bisping

G DDec 2, 2011

After being out for over a year, Jason "Mayhem" Miller will make his return to the sport, and Octagon, to take on Michael Bisping at The Ultimate Fighter 14 Finale.

In just a few short hours, Miller will touch gloves with the opposing coach on TUF, and a man he greatly despises.

However, a despising of Bisping won't get the job done when the action begins at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV, as it will be one of his toughest opponents to date.

There are several things Miller will have to do for the victory.

It's likely it will be Bisping who pressures Miller at the opening bell.

In order to remain in the fight, "Mayhem" will have to calm the early storm and prove cage rust is not an issue.

If Miller can survive an early attack, he'll begin to settle down and get in rhythm.

Miller, however, won't want to stand with Bisping, as Bisping holds a great advantage in the striking department.

Fans can expect Miller's attack to consist of attempted takedowns early and often.

But, unfortunately for Miller, Bisping doesn't go down easy as he has one of the better takedown defenses and is also one of the better grapplers in the middleweight division.

It will be a true test to see if Miller can put Bisping on his back.

If he can, he'll more than likely pressure with a variety of submission attempts, as he has established himself as a dangerous tapout artist over the course of his career.

If Miller can avoid exchanging strikes and stick to his game plan, he should have no problem leaving Las Vegas victorious.
