Why the UFC Is Better Than the WWE

The sport of mixed martial arts has been around for as long as most of us can remember.

However, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has only been around for 18 years as it was established in late 1993.

Since then, the UFC has set themselves in stone as the highest stage of any mixed martial arts organization across the globe.

However, that doesn't eliminate the competition outside of mixed martial arts as the organization of the World Wrestling Entertainment has been around for nearly 60 years.

While the WWE was at one time arguably the most significant "must watch" thing on television, it's certainly not what it used to be.

And, while the WWE will more than likely always be a popular organization for many fans, it can't compete with the lifelike reality of the UFC.

The UFC and the WWE are very similar in the sense that they both are an enormous attraction for fans and viewers in every part of the world.

The entertainment and excitement these two organizations provide is nearly immeasurable.

However, that is where the line should be drawn as the UFC provides their world-class fighters with the opportunity to control their own destiny.

Through hard work, time and dedication, these prestigious fighters have a once-in-a-lifetime chance of climbing to the top of their respective weight class for an opportunity to wear UFC gold.

While there is certainly an overwhelming amount of time and effort put in by the pro-wrestlers of the WWE, their destination is predetermined.

Every time a fighter enters the Octagon, he is fighting for his career as another fight is never guaranteed in the UFC.

How a mixed martial artist performs inside the Octagon will ultimately reflect the rest of their life, while the WWE is merely a scripted plot.

The UFC is better than the WWE.
