Roger Clemens' Mistress, Mindy McCready, Pregnant with Twins

Country singer Mindy McCready, who said she had a 10-year affair with former pitcher Roger Clemens in 2008, is five months pregnant with twins.

The news came the same day that McCready denied kidnapping her 5-year-old son Zander, who disappeared on Tuesday when she picked him up from his father's house in Cape Coral, Fla. McCready does not have custody of Zander but does have visitation privileges.

Said McCready on Wednesday, via Access Hollywood:

"I am working with lawyers to try to get all this straightened out. I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert."

McCready has a history of suicide attempts, a visit in jail and a stint in rehab. She said in 2008 that she had an affair with Clemens starting when she was 15 years old and he was married man and playing for the Boston Red Sox.

The father of the twins is reportedly unknown, which adds to the drama that has surrounded McCready for most of her life.

She appeared in Celebrity Rehab in 2010 and explained her diagnosis from Dr. Drew Pinksy:
