Barcelona Transfer Talk: 4 Players Who Could Be out in January
When the January window rolls around, Barcelona could oversee the departure of some of its players.
The number of rumors involving big-name teams and players will increase as January approaches, and it is no different for Barcelona.
While it may not be within the plans of the organization, if players do leave in January, it will open the door for others to join, whether via promotion from the 'B' team or a transfer.
In any case, here is a list of some players who could leave Barcelona in January.
Seydou Keita
1 of 4Seydou Keita has been a solid player for the Blaugrana since his arrival in Barcelona. He has scored goals, provided assists and provided depth to the team.
His time at the Camp Nou may be over. As usual, rumors are just rumors until they turn out to be real. In this case, Keita has been linked with the likes of Liverpool in January.
The player himself has said such a move would be enticing, but he has said that it would not happen until the end of the season. It only takes the right kind of offer to appease both player and club though.
Jose Manuel Pinto
2 of 4Just as with Seydou Keita, Pinto may be more likely to leave in the summer. But it's a rumor, and anything can happen.
Pinto has been a loyal servant for the club during his time there, but his agent has hinted that a move may be in the near future.
Pinto may not have many suitors, considering his age and lack of playing time, but he has been a backup for one of the best goalkeepers in the world, and that has to count for something.
Henrique
3 of 4Henrique has been allowed to gain a lot of experience on loan. A lot. So much so that you would be forgiven for thinking he is not a Barcelona player.
Henrique has spent time on loan in Germany, Spain and is currently back in Brazil with Palmeiras. Pep Guardiola should spare the young man any more pain and allow him to officially leave the club.
He has made a good number of appearances for the Brazilian side, and has chipped in with a few goals too. Over the summer, Palmeiras seemed to be interested in having the player join full-time. Maybe that deal should be finalized in January.
Jonathan Dos Santos
4 of 4All this may be a bit pointless, as Dos Santos just signed a new deal, but that could have been a ploy to raise his price a little.
Jonathan Dos Santos has recently been linked with Blackburn, and over the summer, Real Zaragoza were interested.
One would have thought that Dos Santos would be more of a feature in the first-team right now, considering how highly rated he has been. Unlike his brother, he has been patient, but it has not paid off yet.
He could still leave the club on loan to gain more experience.
