WWE Rumors: Zack Ryder Has Backstage Heat for What?

It looks like there may be some trouble with the "Zack Pack!"

According to this report, Zack Ryder currently has heat with some people in WWE for dying his hair blonde without permission. Rumor has it that officials are upset because all of his merchandise depicts him with dark hair.

My thoughts on this rumor?

WWE has every right to be upset over this. It sure was nice to see Alberto Del Rio beat him down on Monday Night Raw. Maybe this was the reason?

I know I noticed the change right away. Trust me, it is not a good change, either. I'm all for him being more "serious," but he looks more like a cartoon now than he did before.

The other gripe was that he did this without permission. That is a huge "no-no." I can't believe he would do that without even asking.

Again, these are just rumors.

However, if they are true? Wow! Not a good decision there, Mr. Ryder. You might as well shave your head bald and get a big tattoo on your arm while you're at it. Try showing up to the arena and see what happens then.

The key aspect in all of this is merchandise. He should have known better, as well. In a quick flash, all of his shirts are now outdated. Get ready for sales to drop, Zack.

Honestly, I have no doubt that he will be the next United States Champion. However, I think he needs to slow down in trying too hard to get over. His Youtube show worked. His catchphrases worked. Nevertheless, he is still just a midcard comedy act right now.

Just because you're on TV now, don't get too big of a head. Doing things without permission got you to the dance, but it may also cost you a spot if it continues.
