WWE Survivor Series 2011: Why The Rock Will Electrify NY

The decision to have The Rock be a focal point of Survivor Series 2011 was a great decision by WWE, and it is one that will make the event must-see television.

The Rock is a legend of wrestling and what better way to make the 25th anniversary of Survivor Series special than by him making a return to the spotlight at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The Rock will partner with John Cena and the two will square off against The Miz and R-Truth in the tag team match.

No wrestler has a better personality and lights up an arena like The Rock. He has a special talent to create the ultimate amount of excitement in the crowd, and he will electrify the recently renovated MSG.

Whatever happens with The Rock on Sunday will be great entertainment. There are a couple possibilities for him.

His former feud with John Cena has been widely discussed, and the animosity between the two great wrestlers could occur and be a problem at Survivor Series.

Cena could turn on him because his ego will not be able to withstand The Rock getting all the attention in the spotlight.

The Rock could also turn on Cena and leave him to fend for himself against the Miz and R-Truth. 

Either way The Rock will ignite the crowd on Sunday and more importantly he will bring casual fans to watch on television.

Many wrestling fans who loved The Rock during his prime will certainly tune in this weekend to see the next chapter in his career.
