NFL Power Rankings: Gauging Which Teams Are Moving Most
These eight teams have seen the most movement from Week 9 to 10 in our NFL Power Rankings:
Rising
New York Giants (Up five spots): Some early season injuries led to the Giants being overlooked during the first half, but Sunday's come-from-behind win in New England changes all of that. They're a team to beat now.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Cincinnati Bengals (Up three): From the "Department of No One Guessed This," the Bengals now sit as the AFC's No. 1 seed through nine weeks. Games against the Ravens and Steelers in back-to-back weeks will determine what the Bengals' hot start really means.
New York Jets (Up three): The Jets couldn't figure out what kind of team they wanted to be in starting the season 3-3, but Rex Ryan's group has gone back to running the football and playing elite defense to win two straight. Are they the favorites now to win the AFC East?
Denver Broncos (Up five): Tim Tebow has been a rollercoaster ride in three NFL starts, but the fact remains the Broncos currently are just a game out of first place in the mostly average AFC West. What if they sneak into the playoffs?
Falling
New England Patriots (Down five): At some point, there's a realization that the Patriots' defense simply doesn't have enough talent on that side of the ball to compete for a title in 2011. Could we be at that point right now after Eli Manning led not one, but two go-ahead touchdown drives in the fourth quarter to beat the Pats?
Buffalo Bills (Down six): After starting the season 3-0, the Bills have traded wins and losses over the past five weeks. I'm not exactly sure what that tells us.
Inconsistent team? Not talented enough to sustain long term success? Either way, the Bills are no longer a top-10 team.
San Diego Chargers (Down eight): Losing eight spots is harsh for falling by just seven to the undefeated Packers, but there was already a bunch of leeway given to the Chargers before Week 9. At 4-4, the Chargers have the biggest game of their season coming up on Thursday night against the Raiders.
Washington Redskins (Down three): The Redskins are another team who has cooled off since a hot start, but we know what we're getting with Washington. They have one of the worst offenses in football with John Beck starting and all those weapons on the shelf.
The defense isn't good enough yet to compensate for what's lacking on the other side. Don't you just get the feeling that the Redskins could be headed for a 4-12 season?
