WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Spoilers for Tonight's Show
In preparation for tonight's broadcast of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on Syfy, Bleacher Report has the full results and spoilers from the taping of the show earlier this week.
SmackDown has been on quite a roll lately, with sound storyline progression, interesting feuds and quality in-ring action. If you would like to get a taste of what to expect from the show, browse the following slides to get a peek at this week's highs and lows.
This week featured many faces that haven't been getting much air time lately, including Money in the Bank winner Daniel Bryan. Also, an FCW talent made his WWE debut and found himself in the midst of an ongoing feud.

Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes Continue To Build on Their Chemistry
1 of 5Cody Rhodes stepped back into an "unsafe work environment" when he faced Randy Orton in a street fight to kick off SmackDown.
Orton defeated the intercontinental champion in a great match. These two have been putting in the work inside the ring, bringing the best out of each other when they wrestle.
This is quite similar to Orton's summer feud with Christian, but this time I don't feel the angle between the two will grow stale as it did when Christian begged for one more match a few times too many.
The good news for Rhodes is that he's firing on all cylinders at the perfect time. He's on the verge of breaking through to new heights in his career, and I believe he's ready to do so.
DiBiase Gets a Win, Mark Henry Calls Out Daniel Bryan, and a Divas Match
2 of 5Ted DiBiase won a filler match against Tyson Kidd. I'm high on DiBiase, so it's nice to see him getting air time despite the split with Cody Rhodes.
Mark Henry approached Daniel Bryan backstage and asked if he was planning on cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Bryan wouldn't answer, and Henry decided he'd talk to Teddy Long about setting up a match between the two of them.
Alicia Fox beat Natalya in a match that wasn't exactly a thriller. It looks like Alicia is getting a bit of a push. I'd not be surprised to see her in the title picture should Eve Torres fail to defeat Beth Phoenix.
Wade Barrett Upsets Sheamus as He Fills in for Christian
3 of 5Big Show cut an in-ring promo on Mark Henry, angling for another crack at the World Heavyweight Championship. Fittingly, Christian interrupted and made his case for "one more match."
Big Show silenced Christian with a choke slam, and Sheamus made his way to the ring. Sheamus was scheduled to face Christian, but with Christian out of commission, Wade Barrett was sent out to face him instead.
Barrett pulled off the upset, infuriating Sheamus. The "Great White" attempted to attack Barrett, but was hit with a spear by Christian.
Epico's Debut Lands Him in the Middle of the Sin Cara/Hunico Feud
4 of 5Epico stepped into the WWE ring against Sin Cara, but lost via disqualification when Hunico (he's going by that name now) attacked Sin Cara during the match.
There was a backstage segment that showed Sheamus, Christian and Wade Barrett brawling, with Sheamus and Barrett being separated. It looks as though they're getting into position for the face vs. heel Survivor Series match.
Big Show Injects Himself into Daniel Bryan vs. Mark Henry
5 of 5Big Show caught up with Daniel Bryan and offered to watch his Money in the Bank briefcase, keeping it safe during Bryan's match with Mark Henry. Bryan said he was going to bring the case to the ring, and Big Show said that was fine, because he was in Bryan's corner.
Mark Henry defeated Daniel Bryan by disqualification after Big Show blasted the champ with a right hand, knocking him out.
Bryan teased a cash-in, but ended up getting hit with the World's Strongest Slam. Big Show attempted another attack on Henry, but ate a WSS as well.
Teddy Long wrapped up the show by announcing that Big Show would get a title shot against Mark Henry at Survivor Series.
