The Rock, John Cena, CM Punk and Today's Top WWE News
With another week of subpar storylines and poorly executed scripts out of the way, it’s time to analyze the mess we have seen over the last two weeks of wrestling.
No matter which company you support, or if you’re just a wrestling fan in general, sit back and enjoy the wild ride that is the brain in my head.

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
After months of buildup and telling us the answer before asking the question, the WWE finally allowed The Rock to announce to the world that he and John Cena would team up against The Miz and R-Truth at Survivor Series.
Question on Everybody’s Mind: Is this where John Cena turns heel?
Our Take: If there were ever a time to turn John Cena heel, Survivor Series would be the perfect time. The Rock will be a face no matter what he does in the ring, so the WWE should turn Cena and increase the hype around their WrestleMania match.
Hype Meter: 10 out of 10 Lil’ Jimmies
John Cena is the best wrestler in the business right now, and The Rock is one of the best to ever wrestle. The fact that the WWE has worked it out for both men to feud for the next six months should be a dream come true to all wrestling fans.

2. CM Punk Gets a Title Shot
CM Punk is selling merchandise like hot cakes, and the WWE staff is making sure he gets his push and exposure, but how they’re giving it to him makes as much sense as what they’re doing with the rest of the roster.
Question on Everybody’s Mind: Will CM Punk win the WWE title?
Our Take: The WWE will most likely not hand CM Punk the title in his first challenge for it since losing at Hell in a Cell, but the company has done crazier things in the past. If the WWE swerves us with a CM Punk win, that would be one swerve I enjoy.
Hype Meter: 9 out of 10 GTSs
CM Punk deserves the WWE title as much as John Cena and way more than Alberto Del Rio, and when Punk finally has the title back, all will once again be right in the world.

3. The Return of Kevin Nash
Wrestling fans who have loved the sport for a long time and understand what’s going on backstage should love the return of Kevin Nash and all of the little nuances that he brings with him.
Question on Everybody’s Mind: Will Nash bring back the nWo?
Our Take: The return of the nWo would be one of the most epic things in recent wrestling history, and the lack of excitement from WWE and Raw makes the possible reformation of the stable even more likely.
Hype Meter: 8 out of 10 boas
The possible return of the nWo is huge, but the WWE has final say on who is involved and they can really screw this up. The only way this stable works is if the WWE turns a major face like John Cena heel to lead it and draw the heat from the crowd.

4. The Muppets Invade Raw
For the fans who are old enough to remember The Muppets show, last night was a trip down memory lane. The WWE and The Muppets are a match made in heaven, and anytime the company wants to do this again, the fans are ready.
Question on Everybody’s Mind: Can we get more Muppets, please?
Our Take: The Muppets were hilarious, but watching Kermit the Frog drag Jack Swagger through a segment shows just how untalented on the mic some of the top WWE stars really are.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 10 Kermits
The Muppets were great on the show last night, but just like every WWE show, the officials in charge buried the Muppets by making them look weak. I think…

5. Brodus Clay
For those who don’t know who Brodus Clay is yet, he is a Viscera-looking man that has far more talent. He has the same style as Mark Henry, and judging from the vignettes, the WWE will be bringing him back as a heel.
Question on Everybody’s Mind: Who?
Our Take: Brodus Clay doesn’t fit the WWE’s typical mold of what a WWE star should look like, but he has the attitude and mean streak to come off as a monster. That WWE does love.
Hype Meter: 1 out of 10 Umagas
With the history of big guys who can’t work a match, it will take much convincing for me to get excited by this Brodus guy. Let’s see how he works next week when he debuts on Raw.
