WWE Rumor: The Rock Training with the Miz and R-Truth for His Return?

The title just seems a little strange. However, it may be true!

According to this report, The Miz and R-Truth are headed to New Orleans to train with The Rock for their upcoming Survivor Series tag-team main event match.

That seems to make sense. You haven't wrestled a full match in over seven years. You probably do not know the abilities of Miz and Truth too much. Also, if there is free time in his movie schedule, why not get in the ring a little bit?

My thoughts on the rumor?

The respect level I had for The Rock just went up yet again. You can say all you want about him leaving years ago and never looking back. Honestly, I wouldn't argue with much on that whole situation.

However, his entire return has been handled to near perfection.

As I already covered here, The Rock asked Vince McMahon for this tag match with John Cena. That says a lot about the man.

He is not taking his return lightly. He knows how huge WrestleMania 28 is. He knows all of this hype cannot be a disappointment. He knows Survivor Series will be a big chapter in this story.

He knows all of this.

Thus, him working out with Miz and Truth is another great sign for me to read about. Going into Survivor Series "blind" with prior work would just be ridiculous. Again, Rock understands the magnitude of the next six months, and he is taking this very seriously.

Kudos to The Rock! Kudos to The Miz! Kudos to R-Truth! Kudos to everybody involved in this! It is absolutely great news to read...if it's true!
