Fantasy Football Week 8: Plaxico Burress, Antonio Brown and More Hot Receivers
By Week 8 of the NFL season we usually have a pretty good idea of what players are good in fantasy football and which can be deemed a bust.
Any owner worth their salt knows that the game is so much more than that though, especially at the midway point of the season.
Bye weeks and injuries are coming into play full-force. That may not seem like a huge issue, but I can guarantee you that everybody's fantasy team is being impacted.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That means that good fantasy owners are going to be turning to players that may not have seemed like legitimate options at the beginning of the season.
The waiver wire is going to be a place of increased importance during the next few weeks, as are the depths of your bench.
Receiver is becoming a very important position to fill right about now, so here are a few hot options you may want to consider starting:
Plaxico Burress, New York Jets
Burress came up huge last week against the Chargers and put up three touchdowns, which is great for those rare owners that actually trusted him for a start. He's got a bye this week so you shouldn't pick him up for a start, but if he's on a waiver wire now is the time to get him before he is gone. Because of the bye he's going to get dropped in a ton of leagues.
Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers
Brown put up seven catches for 102 yards last week and is turning into a very good fantasy option. Not many people are going to jump on him, so he should be available and ready to put up some good numbers for your team. Roethlisberger is going to need him to play big this week against New England.
Jabar Gaffney, Washington Redskins
Santana Moss broke his hand, which puts Gaffney in the No. 1 wide receiver slot for the 'Skins. While I don't expect him to become a star, he should at least get a ton of opportunities to put up points.
