Week 7 Start 'Em, 'Sit Em: Jahvid Best, Peyton Hillis and 5 RBs You Must Sit
When setting your fantasy football lineups for Week 7 of the NFL season, you should think long and hard about sitting these five running backs:
Jahvid Best, Detroit Lions
Obviously, the main issue here is the concussion that Best suffered a week ago against the 49ers. The Lions RB has had several head injuries since his days at Cal and his long-term health has to be in question.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That being said, the Lions haven't ruled him out for Sunday, which potentially gives you the option of playing him in Week 7.
Even so, I wouldn't.
The matchup isn't great (vs. Falcons) and I'd bet that the Lions would be careful with Best if he can play. Keep him on your bench.
Reggie Bush, Miami Dolphins
Bush is questionable with a neck injury this week. If he's a game-time decision, don't waste a starting spot.
The Broncos are a decent matchup, but Bush is never going to be a significant enough fantasy factor with the Dolphins to risk a zero in your starting lineup.
Delone Carter, Indianapolis Colts
Carter has had his chance to make his fantasy mark while Joseph Addai has been out, but it's yet to materialize.
In his two biggest opportunities against the Bengals and Chiefs, Carter has just 67 yards and a score.
In the end, Donald Brown looks like a better option for the Colts to replace Addai right now.
Peyton Hillis, Cleveland Browns
Hillis is again questionable with a hamstring injury, and we've seen both the Browns and Hillis be cautious with his status in these situations so far.
Owners might be inclined to sit Hillis, either way, considering he's been one of the more disappointing backs in 2011.
Madden curse, anyone?
Willis McGahee, Denver Broncos
The potential is there for McGahee to rack up the yards on the ground, but we all know what's going to happen in the red zone and near the goal line with Tim Tebow under center.
McGahee will get very few looks in those situations now, and with the reduced possibility of touchdowns, McGahee is a risky fantasy start.
