NFL Power Rankings Week 7: Which Teams Are League's Biggest Cupcakes?
Through six weeks of the 2011 NFL season, we can already tell who the weakest teams in the league are.
The Miami Dolphins are winless and hapless, as they sit at 0-5 entering Week 7. The Fins have already lost starting quarterback Chad Henne for the season, and have virtually no hope of turning their season around.
Miami has virtually no identity as a team. They are currently 16th in the NFL in total offense (averaging 343.8 yards per game) and 26th in total defense (allowing 390.8 yards per game). Neither ranking is encouraging, especially now that Matt Moore has stepped in at quarterback for Henne.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The only bright spot for Miami this season has been rookie running back Daniel Thomas, but he has barely played thanks to a hamstring injury. Things look really bleak for the Dolphins and they might just be the worst team in the league at this point.
Everyone knew the Indianapolis Colts would struggle without star quarterback Peyton Manning, but I don't think anyone expected things to get this bad. The Colts have been horrible and have limped to an 0-6 start. They have been equally awful on each side of the ball.
The Colts currently rank 31st in total offense (284.7 yards per game) and 27th in total defense (392.5 yards per game). Indianapolis was a house of cards with Manning, but he was so good that he was able to hold the whole thing together. Without him, the team just looks lost and essentially represents an automatic win for opponents.
For some reason, the St. Louis Rams just haven't been able to put anything together so far this season. Second-year quarterback Sam Bradford is promising, but nothing else has gone right for the Rams on the offensive side of the ball. Even running back Steven Jackson has struggled to get things going.
St. Louis made a move to get Bradford some help by acquiring Brandon Lloyd prior to Tuesday's trade deadline, but that won't be enough to turn an 0-5 season around. The team's focus for the rest of the year should be protecting Bradford and developing the young receivers around him, while deciding whether or not to lock Lloyd up with a multi-year deal.
Hoping for anything other than a few wins would be foolish at this point.
