College Basketball Recruiting: Power Ranking the Top 15 States for Prep Talent

Yesterday, I introduced readers to the 15 states that have been producing the most prep basketball talent in the past decade or so. Today, let the arguments begin with the power rankings of these states and you can see exactly what state is home to the most elite basketball talent in this day and age.

The rankings will include each state's top city for high school basketball, the state's most recent NBA star, and one rising potential NBA draft pick.
