Mike Krzyzewski will become the all-time winningest college basketball coach early in the 2011-12 season.
Coach K goes into the upcoming seasons with 900 career wins. He only needs three more victories to surpass Bob Knight's current mark.
Along with Krzyzewski, other college basketball coaches are ready to pull off some big wins too.
Here is a lightning-fast look at five coaches ready to set milestones in 2011-12:
Frank Martin: Kansas State
1 of 5If he doesn't explode first, fiery Frank Martin will win his 100th game of his college coaching career early in 2011-12.
Martin, in four years at K-State, has put up a 95-43 record.
Thad Matta: Ohio State
2 of 5Thad Matta has posted 20 or more wins in each of his first 11 seasons as a head coach.
No wonder he is getting ready to pass the 300-win mark this upcoming season.
In 11 years as a head coach (one year at Butler, three at Xavier, and seven at Ohio State), Matta has an outstanding 292-88 record.
Billy Donovan: Florida
3 of 5Billy Donovan is one of only four men (along with Dean Smith, Joe B. Hall and Bob Knight) to appear in the NCAA Final Four as a player and win the NCAA national championship as a coach.
Donovan is getting ready to win his 400th game as a head coach.
Going into this season, he is 395-167, with 360 of those wins coming at Florida.
Tom Izzo: Michigan State
4 of 5Tom Izzo is also getting ready to hit the 400-win mark as a college coach.
Izzo was an assistant coach for 16 years (at Northern Michigan and then Michigan State) before being promoted to head coach in East Lansing.
He is the winningest coach in MSU history with a 383-161 record.
Rick Pitino: Louisville
5 of 5Rick Pitino is the first coach in NCAA history to lead three different schools (Providence, Kentucky, and Louisville) to a Final Four.
Early this coming season, Pitino will hit the 600-career wins mark.
He is currently 597-220, with 245 of those victories coming at Louisville.
