NFL Picks Week 4: Stone Cold Locks To Bet the House On
Wow did Week 3 rock some of you guys or what?
A lot of weird games that saw teams no one expected covering and even stranger stuff like the Seahawks finally winning straight up.
I’m hoping to regain my footing in Week 4 and it looks like there are some very juicy lines just asking to be bet big right now.
I think a lot of these are going to move the other way before Sunday rolls around, so get your wagers in today ladies and gentleman.
Without further adieu, let’s take a look at the stone cold locks to cover the spread for Week 4.
Patriots (-4.5) at OAKLAND
1 of 4The Patriots are taking to the road once again, this time coming off a crushing loss to the division rival Buffalo Bills.
I see no way, no how that Tom Brady and Bill Belichick come off that game and don’t punch Oakland in the mouth right off the bat and let off the gas at any point.
Oakland has a terrible secondary that saw Mark Sanchez throw for a career high in yardage. If Sanchez can do that, just imagine what Brady will do.
Lay the points and lock this baby up.
Lions (+1.5) at DALLAS
2 of 4Gotta love a team that you know will win getting points, even if it’s on the road.
The Lions are just simply winning games and won’t be beat by this garbage Dallas team.
They have shown they can make an epic comeback and not stop playing football for 60 minutes on Sundays.
They also have the capacity to just beat up on teams if they aren’t challenging them.
I love their edge and I take the Detroit moneyline here.
Saints (-7) at JACKSONVILLE
3 of 4Jaguars have no chance of covering this spread, even at home and even getting a touchdown.
No way do the Saints let this bad AFC South team with a rookie QB starting come close to their total.
I expect Drew Brees to come out firing and the Saints should have their backups in with a HUGE lead by the end of this.
CHICAGO (-6) vs. Panthers
4 of 4Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Cam Newton, but I can’t bet on him this game.
He has yet to prove he can cover on the road (Week 1 was weird, as the line moved around but most got them at +7 for a push).
I think Chicago has a bad secondary but their pass rushers and blitz schemes won’t give Cam any time to think and react.
Look for this to be a Chicago win but only by a touchdown or so.
