Fantasy: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em and Sleeper
Start 'Em: Julio Jones, Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons may be losing faith in their No. 1 receiver with all of his drops, so you may see more games like he had in Week 3 with six catches and 115 yards.
Sit 'Em: Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks
With just 117 yards on 38 carries so far in 2011, there is no way Marshawn Lynch should be anywhere near your starting lineup until he proves he deserves the honor.
Sleeper: Sidney Rice, Seahawks
In Sidney Rice’s first game with the Seattle Seahawks, he had eight catches for 109 yards, and made people see why the Seahawks brought the receiver in via free agency.
What They're Saying
Falcons coach Mike Smith told the Atlanta Journal Constitution about playing in Seattle:
"Seattle’s atmosphere is very unique. Even though it’s an outdoor stadium, the way that it’s designed, makes it the loudest in the league. Their fans up there are great in terms of knowing when to cheer and when not to cheer.
"
Falcons coach Mike Smith told the Seattle Times about the poor play of the offensive line:
"We haven't played as effectively as we would like to in the first three games. As I told our media here after the game, the first thing you always have to look at it is scheme in terms of shoring up something that you're not doing well and the second thing is personnel. That's how we've approached it this week.
"
Falcons Player to Watch: Matt Ryan
After playing at a level much lower than the team had expected, Matt Ryan has to come out and show the people in charge that he is the quarterback they thought he was when they drafted him.
Seahawks Player to Watch: Tarvaris Jackson
The Seahawks brought in Tarvaris Jackson to help rebuild their putrid offense, but it hasn’t panned out that way. If the Seahawks want to have any chance of winning this game, they need a career game from Jackson
Key Matchup: Michael Turner vs. Seattle’s Run Defense
After just 42 rushes for 234 yards and only one touchdown so far this season, the above average Seahawks' run defense will try to stifle the non-existent run defense and concentrate on their pass coverage. If Turner gets loose, it will open up the pass game.
Prediction: Atlanta Falcons 17, Seattle Seahawks 10
