Tim Tebow: Why Denver Broncos Must Turn to Tebow in Week 2
After a very mediocre game from starting quarterback Kyle Orton, it’s time for the Denver Broncos to admit their mistake and give Tim Tebow the chance to start he earned at the end of last season.
While 304 passing yards seems impressive for Orton, they came on a 24-of-46 completions and they exposed just how un-clutch Orton is for the Broncos.
Not only did Denver lose the game, Orton turned the ball over two times, one bad interception and a lost fumble when the Broncos needed all the help they could get.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Orton proved again what the doubters have said all along about his inability to take the game over, and the Broncos will never win with Orton under center.
So what’s the difference giving Tim Tebow a shot?
It’s very obvious that Denver isn’t going anywhere this season, and they should be testing Tebow out in game conditions to see what their game plan is with the kid.
Whether they like it or not, the team spent a first-round pick on Tebow and if they don’t give him a chance to take the helm like Carolina did Cam Newton, the world will never know if Tebow has the same kind of talent Newton has shown in his first NFL game.
If the Broncos play Tebow and he stinks, it will be easy in the public’s eye for them to cut ties with Tebow, and in a way, the rest of the Josh McDaniels tenure in Denver.
If he plays and kills it, the Broncos will look like geniuses for holding on to him, but either way, the Broncos will be able to look like the good guy which is what new Denver vice president John Elway wants.
If Elway really wants to win the fans over, he needs to invest in winning players, and it’s blatantly obvious that Kyle Orton isn’t that kind of player.
