NFL Trade Speculation: Latest Donovan McNabb News and Rumors
The Donovan McNabb experiment in Washington was a complete disaster. There is no doubt that he will be on the move once the lockout is lifted as the Redskins appear content to enter next season with John Beck and Rex Grossman at the helm.
There are a lot of teams who will be looking for a veteran quarterback when the lockout ends, so McNabb will likely be in high demand.
McNabb is the most accomplished of all the veteran quarterbacks that are expected to be available, so look for multiple teams to put a bid in for the former pro bowler.

Minnesota Vikings Will Pursue Donovan McNabb
1 of 6
The Minnesota Vikings selected Christian Ponder to be the future of their franchise in this year's NFL Draft. However, they won't want to enter the season with him as the starting quarterback.
According to Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network, the Vikings won't hesitate to pursue McNabb,
"McNabb has been in two variations of the West Coast offense and has 12 seasons worth of experience. He wouldn't be rattled by even a bizarre hypothetical this extreme -- i.e., starting a game with a brand new team despite having never tossed a practice pass to anyone on the roster.
"
La Canfora believes that Minnesota will be in the market for a veteran quarterback and believes that McNabb is the perfect fit in Minnesota.
Is Retirement Coming Soon for McNabb?

Many people believe that McNabb got a raw deal in Washington and that he still has a lot left in the tank. However, there is a lot of evidence that leads some to believe that the end of the road is coming for McNabb.
Geoff Mosher of Delaware Online discussed why he believes McNabb's career is coming to a close,
"Sending the greatest offensive player in team history to a division rival not only screamed from the mountaintop that the Eagles were unafraid to start fresh at coach Andy Reid's favorite position but also that they feared McNabb much less than the rest of the league did.
Make no mistake, McNabb's career is spiraling toward its end. Last week, reports emerged from D.C. that McNabb had refused to wear a playsheet wristband last season for coach Mike Shanahan because he feared image ramifications.
"
A lot of people made the same point last year about Reid trading McNabb to a division rival and you can be certain that Reid would never do that if he didn't feel that McNabb would not improve the Redskins.
Maybe we were all fooled, maybe the end is coming faster than we all expected.
Speculation: Donovan McNabb Lands in Arizona
3 of 6
The Arizona Cardinals did not select a quarterback in this year's NFL Draft and will be looking to add one this offseason.
Rumors have been flying around regarding the Cardinals' quarterback situation this offseason and many believe they will attempt to trade for Eagles' quarterback Kevin Kolb.
Kolb is certainly a possibility, but if they lose out on Kolb to a team like the Miami Dolphins, Donovan McNabb could be plan B.
Speculation: Donovan McNabb Lands in Tennessee

The Tennessee Titans selected Jake Locker with their first round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft but will they want him to start from day one?
Jake Locker is a bit of a project and is not exactly NFL-ready so they could end up in the market for a veteran quarterback.
If the Titans opt to pursue a veteran quarterback, they will likely pursue Donovan McNabb or Matt Hasselbeck.
Speculation: Miami Dolphins
5 of 6
Like the Arizona Cardinals, the Miami Dolphins will be in the market for a quarterback this offseason and they could look at Donovan McNabb.
They will likely pursue Kevin Kolb, for the right price, but he may carry too much of a price tag. Carson Palmer may also be an option for the Miami Dolphins.
However, Donovan McNabb would make sense for the Dolphins as well. They need a quarterback who can get the ball to Brandon Marshall and McNabb generally does a solid job of getting the ball to the No. 1 receiver.
Prediction: McNabb Lands with Minnesota Vikings
6 of 6
The best fit for Donovan McNabb is with the Minnesota Vikings. They run a similar west coast offense to the one that he ran with the Philadelphia Eagles and they boast the running game that he needs to be successful.
The Vikings need to bring in a veteran quarterback if they want to compete in the next couple seasons. McNabb would be a perfect stop gap to Ponder while he learns the offense and he makes complete sense for the Vikings' organization.
