WWE: Profiling Future Stars, Part 7: FCW Superstar Bo Rotundo
For weeks now, I have been profiling Superstars from the WWE's Developmental territory: Florida Championship Wrestling.
These FCW Superstars have stood out from the rest of the pack, and many will become future WWE Superstars. You may have heard of many, but may not be familiar with others.
This series will have a total of 10 parts, and my apologies if I leave out one of your FCW favorites.

Today, I profile Bo Rotundo.
Bo Rotundo is a third generation Superstar. His grandfather is Blackjack Mulligan; his father is Mike Rotundo; his uncles are Barry and Kendall Windham—all of which were professional wrestlers.
Now, Bo and his brother Windham (better known as Husky Harris) are carrying on the family tradition.
Blackjack Mulligan was a legend in NWA and other promotions, holding 17 titles over his career. In 2006, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Mike Rotondo was better known as Irwin R. Schyster, or I.R.S. for short. He portrayed a heelish tax-man, trying to force all fans and fellow wrestlers to pay their taxes. He also held many titles during his career.
Barry competed in the NWA, WCW and WWE throughout his career. He was actually a member of the Four Horsemen for a short time, and like his relatives, held too many championships to count. At times, he teamed with his brother Kendall for a couple tag team championship reigns.
Lastly, Windam was renamed Husky Harris when he debuted on WWE NXT. The "Army Tank with the Ferrari Engine" had a nice run on NXT, before being eliminated.
He would soon join Wade Barrett's Nexus along with Michael Migillicutty. Harris would take part in the "pack of dogs" type of attacks, until Barrett was excommunicated.
Soon after CM Punk took over, Harris was punted in the head by Randy Orton and has been back in FCW ever since.
So as you have read, Bo has quite a name to live up to.
He has held the FCW Championship with his brother Husky (then known as Duke) in FCW, as the Rotundo brothers. They feuded with The Dude Busters, The Usos and other current WWE teams/singles wrestlers.
When Husky left for NXT, Bo would challenge FCW Champion Mason Ryan and win on the second attempt. However, Lucky Cannon would beat Rontundo for the championship immediately after.
After a three month feud, Bo would prevail with the title once and for all. He is currently the reigning FCW champion.
History has proven being champion bodes well, as only one (Eric Escobar) is not a WWE Superstar at this time.
Bo is solid in-ring, using his football experience to his advantage. So, what is Bo's future going to be in the WWE?
He could reform his team with Husky Harris and be one of the teams to help revamp the WWE's tag team division. I could easily see the combo being the WWE Tag Team Championships.
These two could also be in a stable similar to Legacy, possibly with Ted DiBiase as the leader.
If they go the singles route, SmackDown is obviously the better choice.
He is currently a face, although a team and/or stable would most likely come as a heel.
So, what do you think of Bo Rotundo? Is his future bright? Or is he going to be the next Eric Escobar of the WWE?
