Ohio State Mens Basketball: Buckeyes Win Big Ten Championship in Blowout Fashion
Jared Sullinger wanted to win by 50, he should be satisfied with a 28-point beatdown of Wisconsin. Ohio State had already clinched the Big Ten regular season championship with Purdue's loss to Iowa, but this one was personal for the Buckeyes, who looked to avenge their earlier defeat to Wisconsin.
The Buckeyes, who celebrated senior night before tip-off, came out shooting lights out, and never gave the Badgers much hope.
Senior Jon Diebler went 7-8 from the three points for a game-high 27 while Player of the Year candidate Jared Sullinger finished with 22 points for the Buckeyes, who finished the regular season with a perfect record at home for only the second time in school history.

The Badgers failed to get any consistent offense going against the Buckeyes and were forced many times to shoot bad shots as the shot clock was expiring. Freshman point guard Aaron Craft stayed in Jordan Taylor's hip pocket all game, holding him to eight points on 2-9 shooting.
Taylor was huge in the previous meeting between these two, scoring 27, but it wasn't his day; the raucous crowd at Value City arena let him here about it with the second-half chant "Where is Taylor?".
Ohio State will now move their attention to the Big Ten Tournament where they beat Minnesota 90-61 in last years Championship game.
