NBA Trade Rumors: Which NBA Superstar Will Be Moved Next
The 2011 NBA trade deadline is only three days away and the rumors are running ramped throughout the league.
The will-he-won't-he Carmelo Anthony saga is on full display among all media outlets, but that is only one superstar who is potentially on the move.
Here is a look at 10 NBA stars and their odds of being traded before Thursday's deadline.
10. Tony Parker, 50:1
1 of 10
It’s hard to believe that Parker has been in the NBA for nine seasons now, but the 28-year-old PG has logged over 720 games in his career and is slowing down just a bit.
It will be interesting to see if the Spurs take a big gulp and trust Gary Neal—or if they wait till the summer to explore the market after the new CBA.
The Spurs may have the best record in the league, but trading Parker could yield some big-time players and set them up for success for the next three years.
9. Dwight Howard, 45:1
2 of 10
Obviously the Magic are throwing in the towel if they unload Howard, but if they don't want to get "LeBron"'ed or "Melo"'ed then they may just get rid of him now and save the drama.
Imagine the return the Magic could get for Howard: The best center since Shaq could yield enough picks and young players to be better off in the long run.
But this one is highly unlikely considering they have title aspirations with how the team is currently constructed.
8. Chris Paul, 35:1

How much longer are the Hornets going to exist?
David Stern has openly admitted that the likelihood of contraction is real. What's the point of having a "face of the franchise" when the franchise is about to die?
A ton of questions for New Orleans—not only in the next few days—but in the next few weeks and months as well.
But did I mention they are potentially a top four seed in the Western Conference?
7. Baron Davis, 30:1
4 of 10
B-Diddy was only the main attraction in Clipperland for a hot second before Blake Griffin swept the city.
Davis is now an after thought and the youth movement is on. Griffin, Eric Gordan, DeAndre Jordan and Eric Bledsoe are the future and nucleus of this team...shp out BD for picks and embrace the young guys.
The problem is moving his three years and $41.85M left on his contract.
6. Gerald Wallace, 20:1
5 of 10
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports has become one of the premier sources of info regrading the NBA.
When he reports a rumor, people listen.
Earlier this week Wojnarowski reported that the Portland Trailblazers and the Houston Rockets are actively pursing Wallace.
The Rockets have more trade assets than any other teams in the league and as the odds of Melo decrease by the day...they are desperate to make some sort of splash.
Keep an eye on this one.
5. Devin Harris- 18: 1
6 of 10
The NBA moves fast and everything has changed in the matter of two years for Harris.
In 2008-2009, Harris was an All-Star snub in route of averaging 21 points and seven assists per game for an up-and-coming Nets squad.
This season the new head coach Avery Johnson isn't sold on Harris as an essential piece and are exploring trade opportunities for the 27-year old PG.
After four years of failed team expectations, both Harris and the Nets need a new beginning. The tandem is a proven failure and it would be best for both sides to start over. The issue will be on the asking price for Harris.
Will the Nets demand too much for the six-year pro? Adding Harris to a contending team could be a game changer in this years playoff picture.
4. Deron Williams, 15:1
7 of 10
Did Williams knock a legend off his post?
The backlash of the Jerry Sloan saga is getting worse and Utah fans aren't exactly huge fans of Williams right now.
Williams has already had to address trade rumors to the Knicks. He will be a free agent in 2012 and the rumors are only going to get worse.
This one is a big sleeper that is potentially explosive due to the Willams vs. Sloan situation of the past week or so.
3. Monta Ellis, 10:1
8 of 10
Ellis is going nowhere in Golden St. and the Warriors already have a very similar player in Stephen Curry. A mutual divorce could do wonders for both sides of the equation.
If the Warriors could land a young big guy that plays some sort of resemblance to defense and also a top draft picks for Ellis, the Warriors would be much better off in the next five years.
Losing one of the top scorers in the league may be tough, but long term that is the way to go for the Warriors.
2. Andre Iguodala, 5:1
9 of 10
The Sixers are loaded with young talent at the guard position and unloading the elder statesman would be a great idea.
Lou Williams, Jrue Holiday, Jodie Meeks and Evan Turner are all younger and less expensive.
Unload Iggie for a center (Kaman?) and watch the 76ers take off.
Plenty of teams would love to have the athletic wing for the stretch run in 2011. Even if it's a rental for the rest of the season, Iguodala is a valuable commodity on the open market.
1. Carmelo Anthony: Even
10 of 10
I'm not sure if you have heard...but 'Melo may be getting traded from the Nuggets.
The New York Knicks have upped their trade offer with their latest package of Ray Felton, Wilson Chandler, Timofey Mozgov, Danilo Gallinari and a first-round pick for 'Melo.
That's a spectacular deal considering everyone and their mom knows about 'Melo's affection for New York.
It's only a matter of days till the deal is finalized and 'Melo gets his way. This is going to be the best deal Denver can get at this point.
Forget the latest rumors with the 'Nets—'Melo will be a New York by Thursday afternoon.
