Arizona Basketball: A Look Behind the Scenes at the New Wildcats Locker Room
Part of the competition that takes place between college athletics programs does not take place on a field, a court or in a stadium.
It takes place when schools attempt to outdo each other in terms of their facilities...their weight rooms, their film rooms and even their locker rooms.
A college's athletic facilities need to be functional (for day-to-day use) while at the same time impressive (for recruiting purposes).
Very few fans get to see behind the scenes of their favorite team's athletic facilities.
Here, we will take a quick peek at the brand new locker room for the University of Arizona men's basketball program.
Second-year head coach Sean Miller is moving the program on a fast track back to the upper level of men's hoops.
Booster donations took care of this sharp upgrade.
Let's take a look!

In the middle of the locker room, the U of A placed a trophy case that includes its 1997 NCAA championship trophy, its 2001 NCAA championship runner-up trophy and its Pac-10 conference trophies.
