The 2011 NBA All-Star Game is the sixtieth edition of the game. It will be played Sunday February 20 on TNT. The game and festivities take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles this year.
An interesting note, there will be four Boston Celtics players and their coach in Laker territory for the game. Watch how the crowd reacts!

The fourth and final Celtic chosen for the game is Kevin Garnett.
Garnett is top fifty in the NBA in both rebounds with 8.9 and field goal percentage at 53.3%. He is also the backbone of one of the top defenses in the NBA.
This is Garnett's thirteenth All-Star appearance.

Deron Williams starts at point guard for the Utah Jazz under head coach Jerry Sloan.
Deron is fifteenth in the league with 21.9 points per game and is fourth in assists with 9.4 per game.
Despite Deron's impressive resume, this is only his second All-Star appearance.
West Guard-Manu Ginobili

Manu Ginobili is the starting shooting guard on the San Antonio Spurs.
Manu has led the Spurs in scoring among leading them to the best record in the league, amongst other accomplishments.
This is only Manu's second All-Star appearance.
West Guard-Russell Westbrook

Russell Westbrook joins his teammate Kevin Durant in representing the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Westbrook holds an impressive All-Star resume that includes thirteenth overall in points per game with 22.4, seventh in assists with 8.5 and fourth in steals with 1.9 per game.

This is Griffin's first ever All-Star appearance. Blake is the first Clipper All-Star since 2006 when Elton Brand played. He is also the first rookie to play in the All-Star Game since none other than Western Conference teammate Tim Duncan did in 1998.
West Forward/Center-Pau Gasol
13 of 14
Pau Gasol joins fellow Los Angeles Laker Kobe Bryant as part of the Laker delegation to the hometown All-Star Game.

This is Gasol's fourth All-Star appearance.
West Forward/Center-Tim Duncan
14 of 14
Rounding out the current All-Star reserves is the familiar face of San Antonio Spur's forward/center Tim Duncan.
Duncan is top ten in the league in rebounds and blocks, but numbers don't do him justice. The work and tenacity that he brings to the team are not able to be measured by stats.
Because of these facts, Duncan is poised to play in his thirteenth straight All-Star Game in thirteen seasons.
