NFL Power Rankings: The Sports Mac's Week 2 Rankings
1. New Orleans Saints (LW: 1): The offensive juggernaut of last year looks like it's been replaced with a stifling defense.
2. Green Bay Packers (LW: 2): This offense might be this year’s version of the Saints with the way Aaron Rodgers has started the season.
3. Indianapolis Colts (LW: 4): Amazing how a running game can Peyton Manning that much more effective in the Colts offense.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
4. Pittsburgh Steelers (LW: 9): Despite having to play three QBs before Ben Roethlisberger returns, the Steelers could be 3-1 at worst when he returns.
5. Atlanta Falcons (LW: 7): With Matt Ryan leading the way, the Falcons are looking like worthy challengers to New Orleans in the NFC South.
6. Houston Texans (LW: 11): A huge comeback win in Washington has Houston as one of the early stories of the 2010 season.
7. Baltimore Ravens (LW: 5): An ugly loss in Cincinnati, scoring only 10 points, may be the norm instead of the exception if they can’t get the offense fixed.
8. Cincinnati Bengals (LW: 13): It wasn’t pretty, but the win gives the Bengals a huge early leg up in the division race despite not scoring a touchdown.
9. Kansas City Chiefs (LW: 14): This might be a team that can take advantage of its schedule to make a playoff run this year.
10. New York Jets (LW: 15): The final three quarters against New England is how this team is supposed to look, even without its best defensive player.
11. New England Patriots (LW: 5): After being dominant in the first 15 minutes, the wheels just fell off the wagon, and it wasn’t close the rest of the day.
12. Miami Dolphins (LW: 17): Tony Sparano has one of those teams that seems like its going to be in a slugfest every week, whether they win or lose.
13. Dallas Cowboys (LW: 6): Couldn’t score against Washington, couldn’t stop Chicago from scoring—a nightmare start that needs to get fixed quickly.
14. San Diego Chargers (LW: 16): A nice rebound performance against a team they are supposed to beat in Jacksonville to even up their record.
15. Philadelphia Eagles (LW: 15): You have to wonder how loyal Andy Reid will be to Kevin Kolb if he comes back and loses his next couple of starts.
16. Tennessee Titans (LW: 12): They were stunned by the opening kickoff trickeration by the Steelers, and never really seemed to recover all day.
17. New York Giants (LW: 10): Getting thoroughly outplayed in Indianapolis, as well as Brandon Jacobs’ tantrum, spells trouble for Big Blue.
18. Minnesota Vikings (LW: 8): It seems like Favre is reverting back to the Favre that loses games with his arm instead of winning with it like last year.
19. Chicago Bears (LW: 24): A big win in Dallas should give a lot of confidence to a team that needs to build on a good start to the season.
20. San Francisco 49ers (LW: 18): Despite a nice game from Alex Smith, starting 0-2 will make it a little tougher for the 49ers to get out of that hole.
21. Washington Redskins (LW: 20): Blowing a 17-point second-half lead and allowing 500 yards passing probably shortened Mike Shanahan’s life a bit.
22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (LW: 27): If you had the Buccaneers at 2-0 to start the season, go out and play the lottery right now while you’re still hot.
23. Seattle Seahawks (LW: 21): Matt Hasslebeck needs to be the steadying influence for this team, not throwing games away like he did against the Broncos.
24. Denver Broncos (LW: 29): Came up with a big performance in their home opener, but how will they react to another death of a teammate?
25. Oakland Raiders (LW: 26): There may be a QB controversy brewing in Oakland, as Bruce Gradkowski looked much better than Jason Campbell.
26. Detroit Lions (LW: 24): It’s tough to be sold on the Lions until they get a couple of big wins under their belts with this current group.
27. Arizona Cardinals (LW: 22): Two weeks into the new season and the impact of Kurt Warner not being there may be immeasurable.
28. Jacksonville Jaguars (LW: 25): David Garrard may not be the starter much longer with performances like the one he had in San Diego.
29. Carolina Panthers (LW: 30): Is John Fox already pulling the plug on his season going to Jimmy Clausen as his starter in Week 3?
30. Buffalo Bills (LW: 28): Swapping in Ryan Fitzpatrick for Trent Edwards shows how long the year could become in northern New York.
31. Cleveland Browns: (LW: 31): When Peyton Hillis is your leading rusher with 35 yards, you have a lot of problems that won’t be solved this year.
32. St. Louis Rams (LW: 32): Giving up 390 yards of total offense being coached by a guy specializing in defense is not the way to keep your job.
