Buffalo Bills Training Camp: Night Practice One Review
Last night, the Buffalo Bills strapped it up for their third practice of the summer—Friday Night Lights-style—in front of a packed house at St. John Fisher College in Rochester.
Chris Kelsay, who injured his shoulder during the morning run through did not practice. C.J. Spiller, Paul Posluszny, and Keith Ellison were the only other notable non-participants.
Danny Batten and Andra Davis took the two linebackers spots respectively.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Trent Edwards continued taking all the first team reps during the 11-on-11 and 7-on-7 drills. Ryan Fitzpatrick worked the second team with Brian Brohm and Levi Brown following.
To be blatently honest, the training session wasn't very exciting, which is expected at the early stages of camp.
The majority of the night was spent on positional drills.
The quarterbacks began working exclusively with the tight ends while the offense and defensive lines sparred.
There was light red zone work in which Chan Gailey had the running backs run different routes to score five-yard touchdowns. As you can probably imagine, Trent Edwards was stellar on the short dump offs and tosses into the flat to Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson.
All kidding aside, Edwards did have a few nice throws on the evening. He fit a ball into the hands of Naaman Roosevelt on a tightly covered slant route. He found James Hardy on a deep sideline route that to my surprise, was totally wide open.
His best throw of the night came when he snuck one into Johnathon Stupar on a deep seam route over the linebackers and in front of Donte Whitner.
However, the defense dominated the evening.
Cary Harris grabbed the first interception of the evening, and the running game was plugged up by Torell Troup and Spencer Johnson, who are both really tough guys to move. It was refreshing to observe Troup, who commanded double teams for most of the evening.
After the session ended, Naaman Roosevelt and Donald Jones put in some extra time working on timing with Edwards and Fitzpatrick. Ed Wang and Cornell Green got in some overtime as well, working on footwork with each other. Both were sights you love to see as a fan.
I'm not sure what camp session I'll attend next, but will definitely let everyone know.
