Terrell Owens Show Heads To Cincinnati Bengals, Get Your Popcorn Ready
There has been plenty of discussion as to where Terrell Owens might play in 2010 and everyone with a voice has weighed in on the topic. As we now know now, Terrell Owens has agreed to a one year two million dollar contract with up to two million dollars in incentives.
Now with Chad Ochocinco, Terrell Owens, Antonio Bryant, and Jordan Shipley it is fair to say that the Bengals may legitimately have the best wide receiving corps in the NFL. The one thing that I love about the sport of American football is at the end of the day natural talent, skill, and size is not a learned aspect of the game and T.O. has all of those aspects and is one of the hardest working athletes in the game with superior natural talents even at the hefty age of thirty six.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Yesterday (July 26th , 2010) while listening to a NFL network broadcast on Sirius Satellite r adio I heard former pro bowler Rich Gannon discussing the issue of T.O. with his co-host Adam Shine. Rich Gannon stated “if a team wants to win, why would they bring in T.O.”. the context of this context of this question came about because of the questions surrounding T.O.’s character.
The answer is simple, he was available at a bargain price coming off a subpar year (atleast by T.O.’s historical standards)in Buffalo, he’s thirty six years old, and oh yea by the way he is still one of the top twenty wide receivers in the NFL. He may have been a cancer in every locker room that he has entered (except for Buffalo), and he may be a bit of a diva (declining to practice on Fridays) but no one can question his heart and the fact that he is always in great condition and between the lines on the field he’s never been one to not show up.
Here’s the bigger question, as a analyst who will be skeptical of the T.O. show entering Cincinnati if Terrell Owens is performing well will the likes of Rich Gannon or Adam Shine be humble enough to give credit where credit is due. My hunch is that they will not be able to do so.
