Robert Kraft Reportedly to Be Deposed in Colin Kaepernick Collusion Suit
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft will reportedly be deposed in Colin Kaepernick's ongoing collusion grievance against the NFL, according to TMZ Sports.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported in November that Kraft was one of several high-profile executives who would be asked to "turn over all cell phone records and emails" after Kaepernick filed a grievance alleging the NFL and its 32 owners colluded to deprive him of employment last season.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Houston Texas owner Bob McNair have also reportedly been deposed, along with Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider and head coach Pete Carroll.
